thanks Sue, I saw all your produce on your blog and was very impressed, you must have a good size freezer! also your garden looks very nicely situated with lots of trees in the background which reminds me of the woods in Dulwich that surround my allotment site.
Greg-I have THREE freezers- a HUGE one for fruits and veggies, a medium one for grains/flours, etc, and a teeny tiny one for chickens-my neighbor raises the BEST ones and only butchers once a year, so I have to have room for 24 chickens-LOL! Crazy, I know, but........... Anyways, thanks for the comment on my garden. It's secluded, peaceful, and a joy to be in!
wow, thats a lot of chickens & freezers! you must be almost self sufficient. We try to include at least one home grown veg in every meal (except in winter) but cutting out the increasingly expensive weekly food shop is, at the moment just a dream.
despite not liking cars very much I have been quite driven by drawing them, or at least depicting them in various states of decay. Its strange how subversive and cheeky this feels. I hope my friend, who loves alpha romeo's will not be too offended. PS I laugh at my own jokes all the time.
Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI especially enjoyed the sunflowers---how cheery!
Have a wonderful weekend!

ReplyDeleteWhere do you get your drive from? hahahaha ... oh I know you shouldn't laugh at your own jokes :)
