I could have called this post 'Royal Muck' because according to rumor the manure that appears on our site about twice a week comes from the stables at Buckingham Palace (this is not a joke). These royal deliveries come in three distinct varieties: 1. Pure & Straw - wet, smelly and potent 2. Shavings & Straw - slightly dry and reluctant to rot 3. The Finished Product - hot, dark, and well rotted The later is by far the most desirable, but contains an abundance of rhododendron bones, no doubt from the royal dinosaurs.
Will this be a golden year?
